Outpatient Physical Therapy at Dartmouth Commons is our main location where we offer comprehensive rehabilitation services.

In addition to physical, occupational and speech therapy services, we also offer our specialized Community Re-Entry Program for those recovering from a brain injury or other neurological injury.
