Coordinated wound care

Our team coordinates care with a variety of specialists to address medical problems associated with your condition. Depending on your assessment, you may need a referral to a prosthetist, endocrinology and diabetic educator or a specialist in one of the following:

Ostomy Support Group

Life after an ostomy presents unique challenges both seen and unseen. Our Ostomy Support Group is here to use compassion and expertise to help you navigate the changes you're experiencing. Join others on the journey in a safe, caring place. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the following address:
